Yesterday, I tried to work out in the following order.

  1. Training about muscle by machine, abs 15*3, arm press 15*3 and twist about abs 15*3
  2. Bike 45 min (Absolutely your heart rate is around 130)


This way is the best to lose your weight I mean burn your fat certainly.

My sweat spouted when I work out this method, Really!!
